In average your order arrives within 1-2 business days. Your order ships from our Bristol warehouse.
We have a 1 day handling time for all shipments. All orders are insured against accidental damage during transit.

If you need your order by a fixed date please email us prior to purchasing.
We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for postal delays (like Royal Mail Strikes or other unforseen events).

We will send you tracking information for your order once the shipment has left our warehouse.
